The Patek Philippe Philosophy
Patek Philippe believes that complexity should never be at the cost of aesthetics

Grand Complications represent the very pinnacle of watchmaking.

But, for Patek Philippe, their unparalleled collection of complicated watches is reflective of much more than pure technical complexity. They must also be aesthetically perfect too.

This elegant balance between complex technicality and aesthetic sensibility reflects the Manufacture’s creative policy of placing their clients as their core focus. After all, a watch - however complicated – should always be at its best when worn on a wrist.

First making its world debut as a limited edition of 12 watches at the “Watch Art Grand Exhibition Singapore 2019”, the Ref. 5303 Minute Repeater Tourbillon now joins the Patek Philippe regular collection with a refreshed design.

The first Patek Philippe Grand Complication with a minute repeater offering - on the dial side - a clear view of the striking mechanism’s hammers and gongs, it has been created explicitly for connoisseurs of chiming watches.

A true example of combining technical complexity, with innovative yet elegant design. Constituting a new expression of Patek Philippe’s creative philosophy, centered on the pleasure of the user.

A NEW INTERPRETATION OF A LEGENDARY GRAND COMPLICATION, WITH A YELLOW-GOLD CASE
Ref.5270J

As the true heir of Patek Philippe’s iconic 1941 classic (Ref. 1518), the Ref. 5270 Perpetual Calendar Chronograph - available since 2018 in a platinum version – now proudly debuts in a yellow-gold case.

It provides an effortlessly elegant outfit for such a timeless watch, combining a concave bezel with slightly flared strap lugs. Aesthetic excellence aside, the watch also displays technical prowess - the Caliber CH 29-535 PS Q is the first chronograph movement with a perpetual calendar developed and crafted entirely by Patek Philippe.

Timeless in design, innovative in its technicality.
