Our commitment to service
Service costs
A Patek Philippe watch is a complex mechanism, comprising at least 150 components. We recommend a regular service to ensure that it continues to work properly and to preserve its value for future generations.
Immediate estimate
Our points of sales and service centers can quickly provide a quote for modern watches (produced after 1980) that require only standard service and have no visible damage (this excludes Haute Horlogerie models).
This process offers you an accurate cost and service time estimate within minutes. You are under no obligation to accept the quote and may decline at no extra charge.
Detailed estimate
For a watch not eligible for an immediate quote, the approved service center must first open it to provide a detailed estimate, which takes a few days.
You may decline the detailed quote, but as reassembly is required, a fee will be charged according to the price list below (maximum public price excluding taxes in CHF).
