Patek Philippe displays the full extent of its gemsetting artistry in a white gold Nautilus Haute Joaillerie model paved with brilliant-cut diamonds and rubies. The Manufacture has chosen the highly refined "snow setting" technique to endow this precious adornment with its incomparable sparkle. The self-winding movement is visible through a transparent sapphire case-back.

White gold dial paved with 283 brilliant-cut diamonds (1.07 ct) featuring a “wave” pattern and 12 ogival-shaped white gold hour markers set with rubies (0.37 ct).
Charcoal-gray white gold hour/minute hands with white luminescent coating.
White gold bracelet entirely paved with 976 brilliant-cut diamonds (4.38 ct) with central links set with 497 brilliant-cut rubies (3.93 ct) and patented fold-over clasp.
