Online ticketing
We recommend purchasing your tickets in advance online to ensure a smooth visit. Pre-booking tickets allows you to discover the Museum’s extraordinary treasures more quickly, especially during peak hours or busy seasons.
Admission fees
Adults: CHF 10.-
AVS / AI / Unemployed / Students (aged 18-25): CHF 7.-
Groups (as of 10 people): CHF 5.- per person
Children (under 18): free
Guided Tours
Exceptionally on Saturday 2nd August, there will be no public guided tour in French.
Audio Guide
The audio guide offers about 20 hours of commentary in English, French, or German. Visitors can create custom itineraries or follow pre-set routes, including one by Philippe Stern himself. With 10,000 detailed photos, users can explore features that may be hard to see in the display cases. Depending on availability, the complimentary audio guides may be provided with a deposit of an identity card or a passport.
