Online ticketing
We recommend purchasing your tickets in advance online to ensure a smooth visit. Pre-booking tickets allows you to discover the Museum’s extraordinary treasures more quickly, especially during peak hours or busy seasons.
Tickets are always available for sale for a same day visit at the Reception.

Adults: CHF 10.-
AVS / AI / Unemployed / Students (aged 18-25): CHF 7.-
Groups (as of 10 people): CHF 5.- per person

Guided Tours
The Patek Philippe Museum offers guided tours for both adults and children to explore the rich heritage of watchmaking through the Museum's collections.
Every Saturday, a guided tour is offered at 3:30 PM in French and another at 4:00 PM in English. Due to limited availability, registration is required on-site starting at 3:00 PM for the French tour and 3:30 PM for the English tour.
The guided tour “A legacy of genius” lasting 1.5 to 2 hours, is available in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Chinese and Russian. It allows visitors to discover masterpieces of watchmaking from the 16th to the 21st centuries.
Thematic tours are also available: “Enamel or the arts of fire” explores the art of enamel painting; “The world of automatas” showcases automata and musical objects; “Revolution in time” (1h ) is for children (ages 8-16) to discover the history of horology.
Audio Guide
The audio guide offers about 20 hours of commentary in English, French, or German. Visitors can create custom itineraries or follow pre-set routes, including one by Philippe Stern himself. With 10,000 detailed photos, users can explore features that may be hard to see in the display cases. Depending on availability, the complimentary audio guides may be provided with a deposit of an identity card or a passport.

The Patek Philippe Museum will be exceptionally closed on Thursday, November 12th.
Closed on following bank holidays:
Friday 3rd April, Saturday 4th April, Sunday 5th April, Thursday 14th May, Saturday 1st August, Thursday 10th September, Friday 25th December, from Tuesday 29th December to Monday 4th January 2027.
Les Ateliers Réunis
The art-deco building that now houses the Museum was purchased by Patek Philippe in 1975 to host Les Ateliers Réunis, a production unit for cases and bracelets where traditional Genevan goldsmithing techniques were perpetuated. After these activities moved to the Plan-les-Ouates factory in 1996, the building was restored and expanded by one floor as of 1999, before opening to the public in November 2001.

The Patek Philippe Museum has published two comprehensive books that showcase the richness and diversity of its collections, offering in-depth insights into the history of watchmaking and the exceptional pieces on display. Treasures of the Museum
Published in 2022, these two richly illustrated volumes highlight the most exquisite pieces from the Antique Collection and the Patek Philippe Collection. They summarize 500 years of watchmaking science, craftsmanship and art, reflecting a distinctly European success centered on the quest for the perfect watch.
Patek Philippe Museum Catalog
This extensive catalog chronicles the complete history of the design and production of our pocket watches and wristwatches, showcasing 1,005 examples from our founding in 1839 to the 1980s. Volume I focuses exclusively on pocket watches, while Volume II covers both pocket and wristwatches. Spanning 928 pages, this detailed catalog was published in 2013.
