Online ticketing
We recommend purchasing your tickets in advance online to ensure a smooth visit. Pre-booking allows you to bypass long queues – especially during peak hours or busy seasons – and will therefore give you more time to discover the Museum’s extraordinary treasures.

Guided Tours
Audio Guide
The audio guide offers about 20 hours of commentary in English, French, or German. Visitors can create custom itineraries or follow pre-set routes, including one by Philippe Stern himself. With 10,000 detailed photos, users can zoom in on intricate details and explore features that may be hard to see in the display cases. We recommend reserving your audio guide when booking tickets online. Depending on availability, the complimentary audio guides may be provided with a deposit of an identity card or a passport.
Bank Holidays
The Patek Philippe Museum will be closed on the following bank holidays: Friday 18th to Monday 21st April, Thursday 29th May, Monday 9th June, Friday 1st August, Thursday 11th September, Wednesday 24th December, Thursday 25th December, Tuesday 30th December to Saturday 3rd January 2026.
