Patek Philippe has reinterpreted the cult design of the ladies’ automatic Nautilus in a gemset version, where rose gold combines with the sparkle of spessartites in a blend of elegance and originality. The octagonal bezel is adorned with a double gradient of baguette-cut gems ranging from "cognac" to "champagne" tones. The dial features a wave pattern and spessartite hour-markers ensuring perfect legibility.

Rose-gilt, "waves" pattern, rose gold applied ogival-shaped hour markers set with cognac-colored spessartite. Rose gold alpha-style hands, brown varnished.
