An exclusive chiming watch
This timepiece combining minute repeater and World Time functions is issued in a five-piece limited edition marking the WATCH ART™ Grand Exhibition – Milan 2026. Featuring a white gold case adorned with a hand-guilloched hobnail pattern, its cloisonné Grand Feu enamel dial depicts the city center of Lombardy’s capital by day.
Self-winding R 27 HU caliber combining a minute repeater with the World Time display. 22K gold guilloched mini-rotor.
Patented striking mechanism: the minute repeater strikes local time for the time zone displayed at 12 o'clock. Minute repeater with classic gongs attached directly to the caseband.
Rare Handcrafts: Grand Feu cloisonné enamel dial with a map depicting the center of Milan by night. City names in Italian with Milan indicated in red.
Hand-guilloched hobnail-patterned decoration on the caseband and slide-piece. Case with skeletonized lugs. Interchangeable solid and sapphire crystal case backs with the inscription “Patek Philippe Milano 2026”.
Dark blue grained calfskin strap with white gold fold-over clasp.

Grand feu cloisonné enamel center depicting the center of Milan by night. 18K gold dial plate and 24-hour ring. White gold hands, skeletonized “Southern Cross” constellation motif for the hours and lozenge-shaped for the minutes.
White gold. Case and slide piece hand-guilloched with a hobnail pattern. Skeletonized lugs. Diameter: 40.2 mm. Thickness: 11.49 mm. Humidity- and dust-protected only (not water-resistant). Interchangeable solid and sapphire crystal case backs with the inscription “Patek Philippe Milano 2026”.
