An alliance of two highly sought-after Grand Complications, Reference 5374 comes in an Haute Joaillerie platinum version in platinum with a lacquered blue dial. The dial flange set with baguette-cut diamonds and blue sapphires creates a spectacular depth effect. The self-winding movement features a perpetual calendar and a cathedral minute-repeater.

Version set with 228 baguette-cut diamonds (11.62 cts) featuring invisible setting on the bezel, the sides of the caseband and of the lugs, as well as the slide piece; 13 baguette-cut blue sapphires (0.72 ct).
Lacquered blue dial with black-gradient rim. Baguette-cut sapphire hour markers and diamond minute markers set on the flange.
Snailed subdials at 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock with recessed borders.
Shiny dusk blue alligator leather strap. Fold-over clasp set with 22 baguette-cut diamonds (1.02 ct).
