Inside Patek Philippe
Patek Philippe, The International Magazine
Launched in 1996, Patek Philippe is now published in eight languages, twice a year, with almost 300,000 magazines reaching owners of Patek Philippe watches in more than 180 countries
The story of the magazine
Patek Philippe magazine was conceived by Philippe Stern, who oversaw its editorial direction for many years, before passing it on to his son, Thierry. It was created as an engaging and collectible gift for Patek Philippe owners, to offer insights and unique stories that echo the world and culture that is behind Patek Philippe.
Our Cultural Interests
For every issue, exclusive stories and photographs present creativity in all forms, exploration of cultures, and feats of science and invention, which readers may never have seen before. Subjects are chosen that align with Patek Philippe’s core values, such as honoring the work of artisans who are skilled in age-old crafts.
About our Watches
The magazine presents in-depth knowledge and exclusive behind-the-scenes insights on Patek Philippe’s watchmaking process and timepieces. Technical developments are explained in detail, and we look at the bigger picture, too, researching the history of the company’s innovations, in context and showing their impact, frequently drawing on the Patek Philippe archives.
