Ordering an extract

The "Extract from the Archives" provides detailed information from the meticulously maintained records of Patek Philippe's archives, dating back to 1839. This document describes the watch's manufacturing history, through the accurate transcription of its key relevant features and its date of sale.

Obtaining conditions

Please read these obtaining conditions carefully before submitting your order for an Extract from the Archives.
An Extract from the Archives can be requested for any Patek Philippe timepiece that was first sold at least ten years ago from the date of the request. This request can only be made once per year for the same timepiece.
Ordering an Extract from the Archives costs 500 Swiss francs and can only be done through the order form below.
The Extract from the Archives will be sent to you within ten weeks of your order having been confirmed by Patek Philippe.

Due to the recent developments in the Middle East, our courier has suspended its shipping operations to and from the following countries: Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. As a result, the Extracts from the Archives service is temporarily unavailable for these countries. We are closely monitoring the situation and will resume the service as soon as the shipping operations will be available for these countries.
