We will not be able to guarantee the registration of the theft of your watch if any of these documents is missing.
Please provide us with the following information and documents to enable us to record the theft of your watch:
- A copy of the crime report issued by a competent official authority, clearly indicating (1) the theft reference number and (2) the watch serial number.
- The contact details of the authority who issued the crime report.
- The English or French translation of either the complaint or the police report, unless this document already exists in one of the following languages : French, English, Spanish, German or Italian.
- A copy of the Certificate of Origin of the watch, or if unavailable any proof of purchase in your name. If either of these documents is not available, any other document attesting that you are the owner of the watch.
- If the request is made by another person on your behalf, a valid power of attorney signed by you, together with a copy of your identity document showing your signature.
