Our historic manufacturing headquarters has become a landmark in the city of Geneva. Now serving our clientele as a revered sanctuary, the Patek Philippe Salons Genève remain the only place where our entire current collection is showcased.
In 1853, needing larger premises as the firm grows, Patek Philippe moves into two stories of a building on the Rhône left bank.
In 1891, Patek Philippe acquires the building and calls celebrated architect Jacques-Elisée Goss to renovate the premises
Goss equips the workshops with advanced innovative features for the end of the 19th century, such as electricity, lightning and central heating
In 1907, a fifth floor is added to the building as well as an electric clock on the gable. This project is undertaken by Henri Goss, son of the original architect.
In 1996, as our manufacture moves to Plan-les-Ouates, the building becomes our flagship store. The “Patek Philippe Geneva Salons” are officially inaugurated in November 2006.
A rich heritage
The building housing the Patek Philippe Salons Genève could perhaps be called the first among equals of what would become exclusive places around the world dedicated to Patek Philippe.

The exquisite space features soaring double-height ceilings that create an airy ambiance.
The Napoleon III Salon reflects the grandeur of its 19th-century design.
The first floor houses the watchmakers’ workshops as well as displaying rare timepieces and Grand Complications.
The fourth floor serves has an exquisite venue for hosting exclusive events, such as the Rare Handcrafts exhibition.
The fifth floor features a private room with a view of Lake Geneva and the Jet d’Eau.
