Patek Philippe combines Haute Horlogerie and Haute Joaillerie with a version of its most complicated wristwatch in white gold set with baguette-cut diamonds and blue sapphires. Among the 20 complications of this exceptional timepiece with its reversible double-sided case are five acoustic functions, including two patented world exclusives.
Haute Joaillerie version set with 291 baguette-cut diamonds (20.54 cts) and 118 baguette-cut sapphires (11.9 cts). Invisible setting on the caseband, the side of the lugs and the swivel links.
