Servicing your watch

A Close Relationship

Your relationship with us begins the day you purchase one of our timepieces. To maintain this bond over time, we have developed a global network of Authorized Retailers and Certified Service Centers dedicated to maintaining the quality and savoir-faire associated with our watches. We ensure that they all accept any watch for service and provide immediate cost estimates.

The Time It Takes

Full maintenance of a Patek Philippe watch requires the diligence, expertise and skill of our specialist watchmakers. This may take weeks, depending on the model, the complexity of the movement, and the number of specialist interventions required.

Training Watchmakers

Only watchmakers who have been trained and certified by Patek Philippe can carry out service procedures that correspond to the strict quality criteria of the Patek Philippe Seal.

The Art of Restoration

Our vintage watches, typically over 35 years old or dating back to the 19th century, are entrusted to the skilled restoration team in Geneva. Their mission is to preserve each timepiece's original condition, both technically and aesthetically, using specialized skills and techniques that are rare today.
